This week I am in the mood to explore my archive. Its been a while since I dig it and interestingly I found one picture that attract my eyes. This flower photo was captured last two weeks when I am in Kirra beach. The beach and its town located in between the border between New South Whales and Queensland. This photo was captured in the New South Whale territory. I really need to explore flower names after this...My archive is full of flower photos which mostly I dont know what their names are.

Seagull in South Bank

This photo was taken last July when my parents are here in Brisbane. Its been a fun two weeks for them. Seagull bird is some of the wild life animal that can be seen in South Bank, Brisbane. Even though the birds are wild, they seems to be very familiar with human. So much for being wild.

View from Mt Coot-tha

Mt Coot-tha is one of the best lookout for Brisbane. The mountain allows clear 180 degree of the city and surrounding suburb. Previously known as Tree Hill, the area was declared a reserved for public recreation in 1880 covering more then 1500 acres.

Merdeka Celebration in Brisbane

1. Entry kali ni ialah sembutan kemerdekaaan Malaysia ke 51 di Brisbane. Sambutan kali ni tak kurang meriah berbanding tahun lepas. Tapi tidak ada "Gala Dinner" macam tahun lepas.

2. Aku diamanahkan oleh abang Zul president PPMQ (Persatuan Pelajar2 Melayu Queensland) untuk menjadi photographer tak rasmi hari tu (Sebab aku main bola gak hari tu). Agak ramai photographer yang lain turut serta tetapi aku takdapat lagi gambar2 dari mereka.

3. Keseluruhan acara agak meriah. Pagi-pagi lagi kaum adam dah turun ke padang untuk pertandingan futsal antara negeri manakala kaum hawa ke padang netball. Aku hanya sempat snap beberapa aksi dari padang fulsal memandangkan padang netball agak jauh.

4. Acara kemudian disambung dengan makan tengah hari. BBQ dan nasi briani. Agak ramai yang hadir memandangkan Malaysia adalah negara berbilang kaum. Matsalleh pun ade join makan tengah hari tu.

5. Secara keseluruhannya, sambutan kali ni di atur oleh banyak organisasi. PPMQ, UQMSA, MASCA, QUTMSA, wakil-wakil dari USQ dan ada beberapa lagi yang aku tak ingat. (Singkatan-singkatan kat atas tu kalau salah baigtau )

Football Match-St Lucia Giants vs WestEnd Tigers

Sabtu lepas (23-8-08) Persatuan Pelajar-Pelajar Melayu Queensland menganjurkan perlawanan bola sepak persahabatan antara buburb St. Lucia & WestEnd. Keputusan perlawanan tersebut ialan 3 sama. Aku macam biasa mewakili suburb St. Lucia. Disebabkan takde sape yang kalah dan menang, pihak penganjur memutuskan untuk mengadakan perlawanan ulangan...dan yang pastinya jika PPMQ yang buat sesuatu acara...makanan free mesti ada
